Shipping & Returns Policy

Mad Halloween LLC has created this Shipping and Returns Policy to provide transparency and an understanding of the terms and conditions regarding your order. Any reference to “we” “us” “our” “Mad Halloween” or “madhalloween.com” is in direct reference to Mad Halloween LLC which owns madhalloween.com. When you order an item or items from madhalloween.com you are agreeing to this Order Policy and its terms and conditions.

It is important to us that your shopping experience be fair and hassle-free.

Returns

If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on madhalloween.com, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All item returns or replacements will not be accepted without prior approval. Upon consent, the item/items should be returned in their original condition and packaging along with a copy of your order receipt. As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price of the individual items you would like to be refunded.

Please note – Mad Halloween does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality when you received it.

IMPORTANT: For hygiene reasons, not all items can be returned. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached, and the original packaging. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, beauty, and accessories (except scarves, bags, pillows, and blankets). If you have tried on a T-shirt and it does not fit correctly we will be happy to exchange it for a different size (shipping costs not included).

Standard Item Returns:

If you would like to return an item please email info@madhalloween.com and include the email address you used to order the item and the item’s name and order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Defected Item Returns:

In addition to the procedure for a Standard Return, we do require clear images attached to your email showcasing the item defects.

Shipping.

• We do allow shipping to a Military address: US APO/FPO.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped we will send you an email with the item tracking information.

• Orders shipped to a United States address will generally take 3-14 business days to arrive.

• Orders are shipped Monday -Friday and can take up to 4 days to process as some items are made to order.

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible and offer these shipping times as a general guide. In most cases, the shipping times will be closer to the shorter time frame.
