There is nothing quite like a Halloween fireplace in a spooky haunted mansion to set the mood on All Hallow’s Eve. This is my go-to background fireplace when I am reading a scary story, or I am working here on Mad Halloween. The sounds of the thunderstorm, combined with the howling wind, echo throughout the empty room. It creates a creepy, yet strangely comforting ambiance.
